NEED A WORK PERMIT?
 
When a job is offered and you accept the position, you will need to submit the Statement of Intent to Employ to your employer. The application must be filled out by the student, the parent, and the employer. Once it is completed, please email it to Mrs. Vanessa Bustos at vbustos@erusd.org. Please allow one full business day (24 hours) for processing.
